What We Offer

  • Gym Hours - Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7am-7pm

                             Tuesday, Thursday 7am-12noon then 3pm-7pm

                             Saturday 7am-12noon, Closed Sunday

    Working with a certified trainer or "personal coach" is the best way to reach your fitness goals. This method teaches you how to exercise correctly and safely. A personal trainer will motivate you to reach your potential and increase your likelihood of seeing fast results

  • 30 Minute full body workout-
    A fast paced, intense 30 minute full workout with a certified personal trainer.

  • The Buddy System-
    Don't want to go it alone? Bring a friend or family member to workout with a trainer simultaneously.

  • Personalized Workouts-
    A trainer will customize and provide a client with a workout that fit both the client's goals and fitness ability. With this system, we do the thinking for you.
